Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, Dr. Doto Biteko, has announced the government's ambitious target of achieving 80% clean cooking energy usage by 2034.
Speaking at the launch event of the Clean Cooking Energy Utilization Strategy 2024 – 2034 in Dar es Salaam, Dr. Biteko emphasized the importance of environmental conservation and the positive impact of clean cooking energy on citizens' lives.
The Ministry of Energy is committed to ensuring that the initiative translates into tangible benefits for the Tanzanian people, beyond mere inauguration.
